1-1 Coaching, what is it ? What do you receive ? The answer is whatever you want it to be.
As 1-1 coaching should be, its personal to you. Wether your training to get onto the platform and compete or just wanting to learn the basics and get started in the gym, we make it about you and make it designed for your every need.
With over a decade worth of experience with in person and online coaching, we feel our team at Evolve can cater for you and the challenges you may be struggling with.
Your coaching will consist of an initial boarding call to better understand where you are currently and what we can help you with. From there depending on the initial call we will ask you to complete an online movement screening to better understand how you move and what you are capable of. From there, we set goals, create time frames for those goals and get you to where you want to be!
Simple as that…
Built into our app, we attach short informative videos, coaching you through all of the exercises we prescribe. All of the videos have coaches explaining the process of the exercise as well as just the demonstration, alongside this we have playlists full of mobility drills helping you move better, as well as longer videos breaking down the form in certain movement to help you get the most out of your training.
Within our app, we have a ‘feed’ section, within this you can post training sessions and lifts, all to an audience of likeminded people. The feed will also flag up when you hit new personal bests during your sessions, helping keep you on track and inspiring other people to keep succeed. The feed section is an area on the app where people can come together to help each-others training excel, allowing for direct messaging between clients and an area where you can express concerns as a group.
Within our app we have a leaderboard section, within this section there are a selection of all of the exercises on the app with a leaderboard of the highest weights lifted or time held. For some this section will be a great motivator and allow you to reach out to people of a similar strength or fitness goal.
Our app has the ability to sync with the health tracking data on your phone, this has to be enabled from the app however once done allows you to keep track of data such as sleep, calories burnt, passive calories burnt and heart rate variability. Alongside the strain rating which combines all of the variables above, the app keeps track of training time, overall tonnage, total reps and sets; with this data from training it gives you an overall exertion score or strain rating. The strain rating gives you an overall idea of how well rested you are and how difficult your next training session should be.
Within our app we have a direct messaging platform, this allows users to get in contact with coaches with anything they might want answered. As well as coaches, users can also get in contact with each-other; sharing knowledge and training experiences to help everyone better understand different training methods and principles.
We understand you might not always be connected to WIFI of have access to 4G, therefore within our app you can save all of the data temporarily on the app via the “Offline Mode”, this allows any workout information to be temporarily stored on the phone and automatically uploaded when access to the internet it next available.
