Yes. You’ll need access to free weights, a squat rack, and some basic conditioning equipment like a sled. If you’re on a rolling programme, it’s designed with standard gym kit in mind, so we aren’t able to customise it. For custom or 1-1 coaching, we’ll tailor everything to suit whatever equipment you have.

Each session takes 60-75 minutes, depending on the day. Strength and power days are slightly longer, while speed and agility days are more intense but shorter.
